I placed an order on **2nd September**, and today, **29th September**, I have still received no update, no call, and no meaningful feedback regarding my order. I was assured that my order would be delivered within **10 days of payment**, but that timeline has long passed with no explanation or communication from the company. This has been a very disappointing experience. Customers deserve clear communication and accountability, especially when there is a significant delay beyond the promised delivery timeline. Based on my experience, **I cannot recommend this company or its services.**
